Steam fresh asparagus, snow peas, and radish for a delightful vegetable medley.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 150g snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 bunch radishes, trimmed, quartered
  • 42.00 gm sweet soy sauce
  • 6.00 gm toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
  • Steam the asparagus, snow peas, and radishes in a metal steamer over simmering water for 3 minutes, or until tender.
  • In a small bowl, combine soy sauce and sesame seeds. Transfer the cooked vegetables to a separate bowl. Drizzle the soy mixture over the vegetables and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
