Homemade Thai iced tea: simple, authentic, and irresistibly delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons Thai tea leaves, or more to taste
  • 4 cups water
  • 0.66666668653488 cup white sugar, or to taste
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk
Instructions:
  • Secure tea leaves in a tea filter bag.
  • In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add tea bag and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and steep tea for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bag and allow the tea to cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  • Pour chilled tea into two glasses, leaving some room at the top. Gradually add coconut milk into each glass.
