Elevate your tuna salad with creamy avocado, juicy tomato, and tangy feta cheese for a delicious and convenient meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 0.25 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions:
  • Cut the avocado in half, saving the skins and discarding the pit. Scoop out the flesh and lightly mash it in a bowl.
  • Combine the mashed avocado, tuna, tomato, feta cheese, jalapeno pepper, green onion, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl, blending all the flavors together beautifully.
  • Fill the avocado skins with the mixture and serve right away or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
