Ingredients:
  • 1 bagel, sliced in half
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 small avocado, peeled and pitted
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons softened cream cheese
Instructions:
  • Prepare the essential ingredients.
  • Toast the bagel slices in a toaster until they are a beautiful golden brown color.
  • While the bagel crisps up, warm oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the egg until firm, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Mash ripe avocado with a fork in a medium bowl, then season with a sprinkle of salt and black pepper for a perfect blend of flavors.
