Ingredients:
  • 2 (38g each) slices wholegrain sourdough bread, toasted
  • 11 ⁄220.00 ml hummus
  • 1 ⁄4 avocado, sliced
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 lime wedge
Instructions:
  • Spread a generous layer of creamy hummus on the toast, then add slices of ripe avocado on top. Sprinkle a mix of fresh greens and nutty hemp seeds over the avocado. Finish by drizzling a squeeze of zesty lime juice before serving.
