Whip up this quick and nutritious avocado toast for a protein boost to kickstart your day in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (38g each) slices wholegrain sourdough bread, toasted
  • 11 ⁄220.00 ml hummus
  • 1 ⁄4 avocado, sliced
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 lime wedge
Instructions:
  • Spread a generous layer of creamy hummus on the toast. Arrange ripe avocado slices on top. Sprinkle a handful of mixed leaves and hemp seeds over the avocado. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime before serving.
