Avocado and tuna sushi sandwiches

Delicious tuna and avocado sandwich bites are perfect for entertaining.
Ingredients:
  • 4 slices wholemeal bread, crusts removed
  • 40.00 gm spreadable cream cheese
  • 95g can tuna in springwater, drained
  • 1/2 medium avocado, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 medium carrot, peeled, grated
Instructions:
  • Place bread slices on a chopping board and gently flatten them with a rolling pin. Spread cheese on one side of each slice. On each slice, neatly arrange tuna, avocado, and carrot in rows next to each other, leaving a 1cm border along one edge.
  • Roll up the bread tightly to seal the filling inside. Slice each roll into 3 rounds before serving.
