Refreshing zesty avocado shrimp salad for a hot day.
Ingredients:
  • 2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and cubed
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 pound cooked salad shrimp
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions:
  • Combine ripe avocado, juicy tomatoes, diced onion, and succulent shrimp in a spacious bowl. Add a sprinkle of salt and a dash of pepper to enhance the flavors. Gently mix in fresh lime juice. Chill and serve.
