Whip up easy homemade hummus for a delicious dip or spread.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch baby carrots
  • 400g can chickpeas, drained, rinsed
  • 0.63 gm ground cumin
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • 56.88 gm olive oil
  • salt and pepper
Instructions:
  • Prepare baby carrots by trimming and scrubbing them before setting aside. In a bowl, combine chickpeas with cumin powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Use a fork or potato masher to roughly mash the chickpeas. Gradually drizzle in olive oil while mixing until well combined. Serve the hummus alongside the prepared baby carrots.
