Ingredients:
  • 4 plums - peeled, pitted, and cut into small chunks
Instructions:
  • Prepare a steamer by filling a saucepan with water, making sure it's just below the steamer. Bring the water to a boil. Steam the plums with the lid on until tender, approximately 10 minutes.
  • Blend plums in a food processor, gradually adding the saucepan water until you achieve your desired texture. Let the plum puree cool to room temperature before serving or freezing.
