Delicious sheet cake with baby food carrots, apricots, and applesauce, covered in creamy cream cheese frosting.
Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1.5 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) jar carrot baby food
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) jar apricot baby food
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) jar applesauce baby food
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), then grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan before combining the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and oil until smooth. Gradually add the flour mixture and baby food, alternating between the two. Transfer the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and then cut into bars.
