Juicy burgers topped with fried eggs, Cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and creamy avocado.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter, softened
  • 4 hamburger buns, split
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1.5 pounds lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 0.5 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat a grill to medium-high heat, oil the grate lightly, and spread butter on each half of the hamburger buns.
  • Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crisp, about 10 to 12 minutes. Drain on paper towels and set aside, reserving grease.
  • Combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, and steak seasoning in a large bowl, being careful not to overmix. Shape mixture into 4 patties, then press a thumbprint in the center of each patty to prevent shrinking while cooking.
  • Grill the patties until they reach your desired doneness, about 6 minutes per side. Use an instant-read thermometer to check that the center reads at least 160°F (71°C). Add 2 slices of bacon and a slice of Cheddar cheese to each burger, and close the grill lid until the cheese melts, about 1 minute. Remove the patties from the grill.
  • Grill the buttered buns until browned, then place a patty on each bottom bun.
  • Reheat the bacon grease in a skillet over medium-high heat. Crack eggs into the skillet and fry until whites are cooked but yolk is runny, approximately 4 minutes. Place 1 egg on top of each patty. Top with lettuce, onion, avocado, and remaining buns.
