Irresistible savory muffin cups with tomato, bacon, Swiss cheese, and buttermilk biscuit dough.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 0.5 onion, chopped
  • 3 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and prep 32 mini muffin cups by lightly greasing them or lining with paper liners.
  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until it is perfectly browned. Drain it on paper towels, then crumble it into a medium mixing bowl along with the tomato, onion, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, and basil.
  • For 32 pieces, halve biscuits horizontally, then cut each piece in half. Gently flatten with a roll, and place in muffin cups. Top with bacon mixture.
  • Bake until perfectly golden brown, in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
