Elevate your dishes with savory bacon-onion butter. Perfect for biscuits, grilled cheese, crostini, roasted veggies, potatoes, meats, and eggs.
Ingredients:
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon dry onion soup mix
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet, sizzle up the bacon over medium-high heat, flipping occasionally, until perfectly browned and crispy, which should take about 6 to 8 minutes. Once done, lay the bacon on paper towels to drain. Let it cool down, then crumble it up.
  • In a small bowl, combine softened butter, mashed with a fork, with bacon and dry onion soup mix until fully incorporated.
  • Wrap the mixture in plastic wrap, shaping it into a log and sealing the edges tightly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
