Cheesy Cheddar-stuffed potato nuggets wrapped in crispy bacon, perfect for parties!
Ingredients:
  • 12 slices center-cut bacon, cut in half crosswise
  • 24 frozen bite-sized potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®), partially defrosted
  • 4 slices sharp Cheddar cheese, each cut into 6 small pieces
  • 3 teaspoons hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®), or to taste
  • 24 toothpicks
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Place a slice of bacon on a flat surface, then center a potato nugget on it. Make a slit in the nugget and insert a piece of Cheddar cheese. Add a sprinkle of hot sauce on top. Wrap the bacon around the nugget, secure with a toothpick, and place on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the oven until the nuggets are cooked through and the bacon is crispy, about 15 to 20 minutes.
