Whip up a quick and delicious scrambled eggs and ham bagel breakfast!
Ingredients:
  • 4 plain bagels, halved
  • 8 eggs
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) milk or cream
  • 20g softened butter, plus extra for spreading
  • 2 x 100g English Ham
  • 20.00 ml chopped chives
Instructions:
  • Toast bagels until golden. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk or cream. Melt butter in a medium non-stick frying pan. Pour in the egg mixture and cook over medium-low heat, gently moving the eggs across the pan as they cook. Avoid excessive stirring. When almost done but slightly moist, remove from heat.
  • Spread bagels generously with butter, serve on plates, top with ham slices, spoon over eggs, sprinkle with chives, and finish with cracked pepper for an extra kick.
