Indulge in a gourmet breakfast of fluffy scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on a toasted bagel.
Ingredients:
  • 7 eggs, at room temperature
  • 125ml cream
  • salt and cracked black pepper
  • 40g butter
  • 40.00 ml mixed herbs, chopped (parsley, chives and dill leaves)
  • 4 bagels, split
  • 100g smoked salmon, flaked into pieces
Instructions:
  • Combine eggs, cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk until well blended.
  • Heat butter in a non-stick frying pan until foamy. Pour in the egg mixture, sprinkle with herbs, and cook for 3 minutes. Use a fork to gently push the edges towards the center to let the uncooked egg spread underneath. Continue cooking until the eggs are just set. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
  • Toast the bagels in a toaster or oven grill until they are golden brown.
  • Top bagels with spoonfuls of creamy scrambled eggs and generous amounts of flaked smoked salmon.
