Indulge in a decadent Irish Cream and ice cream cocktail, drizzled with caramel sauce and topped with creamy Caramello chocolate - the ultimate party treat!
Ingredients:
- 250ml vanilla ice-cream
- Caramel sauce
- 200ml Original Irish Cream
- 60ml vodka
- Drinking chocolate, to dust
- Cadbury Caramello chocolate, to serve
Instructions:
- Cover a baking tray with foil and chill in the freezer.
- Scoop out 8 ice-cream balls using a melon baller and arrange them on a prepared tray. Freeze until firm.
- Drizzle two 250ml glasses with caramel syrup. Mix Baileys and vodka in a jug, then pour into the glasses. Add ice-cream balls to each glass. Sprinkle with drinking chocolate and top with Cadbury Caramello chocolate for garnish.
