Crispy basil-parmesan potato fries.
Ingredients:
  • 2 lb Betty Crocker™ fresh russet potatoes (about 2 large)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F. Slice the potatoes into 1/4-inch-thick strips, then coat them with the mixed ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Prepare a large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Arrange the potatoes on the sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the potatoes and continue baking for another 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
