Quick and versatile baked boneless chicken thighs ready in under an hour - perfect for any meal!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons white sugar or equivalent sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • Fresh snipped herbs for optional garnish
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and prepare your sheet pan with a cozy lining of parchment paper or foil.
  • In a large resealable plastic bag, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, sugar, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Add oil and massage the bag to evenly coat the spices with the oil.
  • Add the chicken thighs to the bag, remove excess air, and seal. Massage the bag to coat the chicken with the spice blend and oil. Transfer the chicken to the pan in a single layer.
  • Roast uncovered in the preheated oven until the thighs are cooked through and the juices run clear, approximately 25 minutes. Ensure the meat reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) when tested with an instant-read thermometer.
