Create tender, juicy baked chicken with a 5-ingredient recipe for boneless, skinless breasts. Elevate it with a flavorful pan sauce!
Ingredients:
  • 4 (5 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon coarse sea salt, or to taste
  • 1 pinch Creole seasoning (such as Tony Chachere's®), or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chicken broth, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your beautiful, fresh ingredients.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil and generously season both sides with salt and Creole seasoning before transferring them to a broiler pan.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Turn the chicken over and continue cooking until fully cooked and juices run clear, for about 15 minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
  • Transfer the chicken to a platter.
  • Deglaze the pan with chicken broth, using a flat-edged wooden spatula to release any flavorful browned bits from the bottom. Adjust broth quantity judiciously to maintain the desired consistency, avoiding an overly watery result.
  • Drizzle the flavorful pan sauce over the succulent chicken before serving.
