Crispy roasted cauliflower florets, a quick and tasty 5-ingredient snack or side dish ready in under 1 hour.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl, whisk until well mixed. Set up a separate bowl for the panko bread crumbs.
  • Coat each cauliflower floret in the egg mixture, then coat each one in bread crumbs before placing on the baking sheet.
  • Roast in the oven until tender and golden, flipping halfway through, for around 25 minutes.
