Decadent baked Brie in flaky puff pastry, topped with crunchy almonds. A must-have for holiday gatherings, serve warm for maximum enjoyment.
Ingredients:
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 (8 ounce) wheel Brie cheese
  • 0.25 cup sliced almonds
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan.
  • Cut the Brie cheese horizontally to make two flat wheels.
  • Place the puff pastry in the pie pan. Add one wheel of Brie, rind-side down, on the pastry. Sprinkle almonds over the Brie, then place the remaining Brie wheel on top, rind-side up. Wrap the pastry around the Brie, pinching the ends to seal.
  • Place your creation in the warm oven and let it bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes before indulging in its deliciousness.
