Cranberry-Brie Puff Pastry

Decadent Brie cheese, cranberries, strawberry jam, white chocolate, and walnuts wrapped in puff pastry, baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 0.5 cup cranberry juice
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 (8 ounce) round Brie cheese, rind removed
  • 2 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 0.25 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, simmer cranberries, cranberry juice, and 1/2 cup of sugar until the liquid is reduced by half, about 15 minutes. Set aside to cool for 10 to 15 minutes after removing from heat.
  • After the cranberry reduction has cooled, transfer it to a food processor, add the strawberry jam, and pulse until roughly pureed.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place the puff pastry on top.
  • Arrange thin slices of creamy Brie cheese along the center of the puff pastry, ensuring to leave a 1/2-inch border. Drizzle the luscious cranberry reduction over the cheese, then scatter white chocolate and walnuts. Finish off by evenly sprinkling 2 teaspoons of sugar on the decadent toppings.
  • Bake until puff pastry is golden brown, about 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
