Indulgent Baked Brie: Brie cheese wrapped in puff pastry with apricot preserves, oozing with melted goodness.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) wheel Brie cheese
  • 3 tablespoons apricot preserves
  • 0.5 (17.5 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg white
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet with a light grease or parchment paper.
  • Cut the Brie cheese wheel in half to create 2 circles. Spread preserves on the cut side of one circle, then place the other circle rind-side up on top.
  • Encase the whole wheel of Brie in a single puff pastry sheet, placing it seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush the puff pastry with egg white for a golden finish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the pastry is golden brown, approximately 30 minutes. Serve hot.
