Baked brie with warm apple-brown sugar topping served with Pretzel Crisps.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (7 inch) wheel Brie cheese
  • 2 large Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and cut into 1/4-inch dice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce, or to taste
  • 1 (7.2 ounce) package Original Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Place the round of brie in the middle of the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven until it starts to soften, approximately 10 minutes.
  • In a skillet, combine butter and brown sugar over medium heat until butter is melted, about 1-2 minutes. Add apple slices and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  • On a serving platter, elegantly arrange warm brie, then generously spoon apple mixture over it, and finish with a delightful drizzle of caramel sauce.
  • Garnish with Snack Factory® Original Pretzel Crisps® on the side!
