Sweet and savory brown sugar, soy, and sherry marinade elevates baked salmon with delicious flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup dark brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sherry
  • 6 (5 ounce) salmon fillets
Instructions:
  • Combine the brown sugar, melted butter, soy sauce, and sherry in a small bowl.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and generously smother them with the rich and decadent brown sugar sauce. Let the flavors meld beautifully as the salmon rests at room temperature for one hour.
  • Heat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Cook the salmon in the preheated oven until it flakes easily with a fork, for approximately 10 minutes.
