Elegant pecan-crusted salmon with lemon pepper, parsley, and brown sugar glaze is perfect for dinner parties.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 3 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) to get it nice and hot for the cooking process.
  • Combine bread crumbs, pecans, and fresh parsley in a small bowl.
  • Combine olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon pepper, thyme, basil, dried parsley, and garlic powder in a bowl and whisk until well mixed.
  • Drizzle the rich brown sugar glaze generously onto each succulent piece of salmon, then generously coat the top of each fillet with the flavorful bread crumb mixture.
  • Cook the salmon in the preheated oven until it easily flakes with a fork, for 10 to 15 minutes, adjusting for thickness.
