Irresistibly delicious Brussels sprouts that leave everyone asking for more, even the kids!
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and yellow leaves removed
  • 0.5 cup butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup pine nuts
  • 0.5 cup crumbled blue cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Place the Brussels sprouts in a covered casserole dish or Dutch oven. Top with butter pieces and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice before covering.
  • Place the dish in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts are just tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. In the last 10 minutes, add pine nuts and remove the lid. Once done, top with blue cheese before serving.
