Cheesy baked brussels sprouts - a decadent and flavorful side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup dry bread crumbs
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for perfect baking results.
  • Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add frozen brussels sprouts and bring back to a boil. Simmer for 6 to 7 minutes until tender. Drain and serve.
  • Combine brussels sprouts with butter, cream of mushroom soup, eggs, Cheddar cheese, and 1/3 cup bread crumbs in a bowl. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle remaining bread crumbs on top.
  • Bake, covered, for 25 minutes in a preheated oven until bubbly. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until lightly browned.
