Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 0.66666668653488 cup crushed saltine crackers
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pound yellow perch fillets
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Pour luscious melted butter into a shallow dish. Mix together crushed crackers, flavorful Parmesan cheese, aromatic basil, savory oregano, a pinch of salt, and rich garlic powder in another shallow dish.
  • Coat perch fillets in luxurious melted butter, then generously cover both sides with a crispy cracker mixture. Place the coated fillets elegantly on a baking sheet.
  • Bake until the coating is golden brown, the fish flakes easily with a fork, and the center reaches 145°F (63°C), about 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven.
