Ingredients:
  • 1 (26.5 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cornflakes cereal
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 1.5 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, corn flakes, and butter in a bowl. Gently mix in hash brown potatoes, then transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until the top turns a beautiful golden brown, approximately 50 minutes.
