Cheesy bacon-topped potatoes with hash browns, melted cheese, mayo, and onions for a savory casserole.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 pound processed cheese
  • 1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 1 (3 ounce) jar real bacon bits
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Microwave the cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl until melted. Mix in potatoes, mayonnaise, and onion. Spread the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish and sprinkle bacon bits on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour until hot and bubbly.
