Easy French-inspired baked chicken with creamy Brie.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup light beer or dry white wine
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano, or to taste
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a generous glass baking dish, elegantly pour in the beer or wine. Gently lay out the chicken in the dish, generously seasoning both sides with salt, pepper, and aromatic oregano.
  • - Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes until juices run clear. - Slice the Brie with the rind into 1/4 inch thick slices while the chicken bakes. - Once the chicken is cooked, place the Brie slices on top and bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted. - Enjoy your delicious chicken with Brie sauce!
