Oven-baked sweet and spicy treats for a healthier alternative to fried chips. Ready in minutes and irresistibly delicious.
Ingredients:
  • Canola oil cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 12 corn tortillas (6 inch)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Spray the paper with cooking spray for effortless cleanup.
  • Combine lime juice, honey and chili powder in a small bowl and mix well.
  • Spritz the top of each tortilla with cooking spray and brush on the zesty lime mixture. Cut them into quarters, then lay them out in a single layer on a paper-lined cookie sheet. Finally, sprinkle with a pinch of salt for extra flavor.
  • Bake until golden brown, then transfer to a cooling rack and store in an airtight container.
