25-minute baked chocolate doughnuts with peanut butter glaze - a delicious twist on a classic combo for breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F and generously coat a mini doughnut pan with cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, stir all doughnut ingredients together until well combined. Use about 1 tablespoon of batter for each doughnut and transfer it into the pan.
  • Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Let the doughnuts cool on a rack for 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla until smooth.
  • Coat doughnuts with glaze and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Enjoy while warm.
