Irresistible baked feta spread paired with warm pita bread, elevated by flavorful sun-dried tomatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 pound feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.33333334326744 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons julienned sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Marinate feta cheese, olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes (with some of their oil), garlic, lemon juice, pepper, red pepper flakes, and salt in a large resealable plastic bag at room temperature for 1 hour.
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Place the ingredients into a small oven-safe stone dish or ramekin.
  • Place the dish in the oven and bake until the spread bubbles and turns slightly brown, which should take around 15 minutes. Serve right away for best enjoyment.
