Peppery cheese spread

Ingredients:
  • 150g Bulgarian feta
  • 100g fresh ricotta
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) thin cream
  • 1 green shallot, trimmed, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh mint
  • 1.30 gm red Tabasco pepper sauce, or to taste
  • 1 400g pkt white kebab bread, each piece cut into 6 wedges
  • 18.20 gm extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
  • Mash the feta in a bowl using a fork. Add the ricotta, cream, green shallot, mint, and Tabasco sauce. Stir until fully combined, then transfer to a serving dish.
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Brush oil onto the bread wedges, place them on baking trays, and bake for about 3 minutes until they are nice and crisp. Serve immediately with the cheese spread for a tasty treat!
