  • 8 (4 ounce) skinless salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2.5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), then generously grease a baking dish with cooking spray and lay the salmon fillets inside.
  • Melt butter in the microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until fully melted, which should take about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Combine the zesty lemon juice, salt, and pepper with the rich melted butter before drizzling the savory mixture over the salmon.
