Transform plain baked oatmeal into a customizable breakfast delight with your preferred toppings.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 2.75 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 3.3333332538605 cups milk
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and give your 8-inch square baking dish a quick coat of cooking spray.
  • Evenly distribute the oats in the baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix together milk, eggs, brown sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth. Pour the mixture over oats.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until the oats are softened and the mixture thickens, about 50 to 55 minutes.
