Indulge in a seasonal passionfruit custard masterpiece.
Ingredients:
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) thin cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 60g (1/4 cup) caster sugar
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) fresh passionfruit pulp
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. In a medium bowl, vigorously whisk together milk, cream, eggs, and sugar until fully blended. Gently fold in the tangy passionfruit pulp. Divide the mixture evenly among four 125ml (1/2-cup) ovenproof dishes.
  • Place in a preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly golden and just set on top.
  • Take the custards out of the oven and let them sit for 5 minutes to cool a bit before serving.
