Baked Peaches 'n Cream

Indulge in sweet, juicy baked peaches coated in brown sugar and butter, paired with creamy vanilla ice cream for a delectable peaches and cream treat.
Ingredients:
  • 8 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into 8 pieces
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon, or more to taste
  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for a perfect bake.
  • In a 9x13-inch baking dish, create a sweet layer by placing 1 teaspoon of brown sugar for each peach. Add a pat of butter and a dash of cinnamon on top of each sugar mound. Finish by setting a peach half, cut-side down, on the sugary-butter bed.
  • Roast in the oven until peaches are tender, for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Place 2 warm peach halves on each plate and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
