Creamy baked wonton cups filled with shrimp & water chestnuts - a crowd-pleasing appetizer for your next party.
Ingredients:
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 0.5 cup diced water chestnuts
  • 0.33333334326744 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onion, divided
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray and place 1 wonton wrapper in each cup.
  • Mix together succulent shrimp, crunchy water chestnuts, creamy mayonnaise, vibrant green onions, aromatic sesame oil, zesty ginger, and a hint of salt in a bowl. Gently fill the delicate wonton wrappers with the tantalizing mixture.
  • Bake until the edges are dark brown in the preheated oven for around 18 minutes. Take the wontons out of the muffin tin, then top with the leftover green onions for a delicious touch.
