Create a stunning dessert with clever hacks for your dinner party!
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 220g packets frozen sweet shortcrust pastry shells, thawed
  • 500g light cream cheese
  • 141.90 gm caster sugar
  • 166.65 gm thickened cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 47.50 gm dark choc bits
  • 4 x 53g Snickers bars, chopped
  • Whipped cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 160°C (140°C fan-forced) and arrange the pastry cases on a large baking tray lined with foil.
  • In a bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Mix in cream until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in chocolate chips and most of the Snickers.
  • Spoon the mixture into the cases and bake for 50 minutes until the top is firm and lightly browned. Switch off the oven, let the cheesecakes cool with the door slightly ajar for 3 hours, then refrigerate for 2 hours until chilled.
  • Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and the remaining pieces of Snickers. Serve and enjoy!
