Baked Spinach-Artichoke Dip without Mayo

Creamy spinach-artichoke dip without mayo for a classic cheesy bite!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons green hot pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, or more to taste
  • 0.25 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Wrap thawed spinach in a kitchen towel and squeeze tightly to remove excess water until spinach is lightly moist. Set aside.
  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until creamy. Fold in artichoke hearts, spinach, hot sauce, and garlic until well combined. Stir in 1 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan. Transfer mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle with extra cheese for a crispy topping, if desired.
  • Bake in the oven until bubbly and golden on top, approximately 30 minutes.
