Ingredients:

3 medium sweet potatoes, scrubbed
235.00 gm light sour cream
1.25 gm sweet paprika

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180C (160C fan-forced). Individually wrap each sweet potato in foil, place on a baking tray, and bake for 45-55 minutes until tender, depending on their size.
Halve each sweet potato lengthwise, then add a dollop of sour cream on top and sprinkle with a dash of paprika for a burst of flavor.
