Baked sweet potato with sour cream

Oven-baked sweet potatoes topped with sour cream and paprika.
Ingredients:
  • 3 medium sweet potatoes, scrubbed
  • 235.00 gm light sour cream
  • 1.25 gm sweet paprika
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C (160C fan-forced). Individually wrap each sweet potato in foil, place on a baking tray, and bake for 45-55 minutes until tender, depending on their size.
  • Halve each sweet potato lengthwise, then add a dollop of sour cream on top and sprinkle with a dash of paprika for a burst of flavor.
