Garlic and olive oil-marinated tilapia baked or grilled to perfection on foil.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets tilapia
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions:
  • Massage fish fillets with crushed garlic, then lay them in a shallow dish. Drizzle with olive oil until coated and top with onion. Cover and refrigerate overnight for maximum flavor infusion.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for that perfect temperature for your delicious creation.
  • For baking, place the fish in a 9x13 inch baking dish, add olive oil, garlic, and onion, then sprinkle with cayenne or white pepper. For grilling, wrap the fish, oil, garlic, onion, and pepper in aluminum foil.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for 30 minutes.
