Delicious lemon butter baked tilapia, ready in just 20 minutes! Perfect for a quick and tasty weeknight dinner using your favorite white fish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 pounds tilapia fillets
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Position the oven rack in the center and preheat to 450°F.
  • Dry and season fish: Use a paper towel to pat the fish dry. Arrange the fillets in a single layer in a large baking dish, ensuring they do not overlap. Season generously with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Prepare the butter sauce: Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant for about 2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and remove from heat. Drizzle the sauce over the fish, ensuring the garlic is evenly distributed on top of the fillets.
