Balsamic and rosemary-marinated grilled salmon, ready in 30 minutes for a quick and flavorful weekday meal.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary, minced
  • 4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
  • sea salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine zesty lemon juice, fragrant oil, tangy vinegar, pungent garlic, and aromatic rosemary in a small bowl and whisk until well blended.
  • Season the salmon with a sprinkle of salt, then place it in a shallow glass dish. Pour the marinade over the top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat and give the grate a light coating of oil before cooking.
  • Take the salmon out of the marinade, allowing any extra to drip off. Dispose of the rest of the marinade.
  • Grill the fish on high heat until it turns opaque and can be easily flaked with a fork, roughly 4 minutes on each side.
