Balsamic strawberry pavlovas

Elegantly serve strawberries and cream in mini pavlova nests.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 250g punnet strawberries, washed, hulled, quartered
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 40.00 gm caster sugar
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) thickened cream
  • 4 Pavlova Nests
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, combine strawberries, vinegar, sugar, and a dash of pepper. Stir well to mix flavors. Let sit for 15 minutes to macerate.
  • Whisk the cream in a bowl until firm peaks form using a balloon whisk or an electric beater.
  • On each plate, elegantly position a pavlova nest. Evenly divide the luscious cream and fresh strawberries among the nests. Gently drizzle the syrup over the top for a delightful finish. Enjoy your beautiful dessert.
